This work is part of the series Compressed Time, in which acts of vision are condensed and materialized into form. Here a single act of looking is frozen into one continuous gesture of the eye. The trace of the gaze, processed into a negative image, becomes matter: a choreography of perception translated into light and shadow.

It is a mapping of vision on a white background, a condition in which the eye has nothing left to see or examine. Vision itself becomes autonomous, detached from the body and existing on its own. The gaze is no longer a transparent medium but stands as a material entity.
